Shipping policy

All domestic shipping is free. Items will be shipped within 6 business days of payment clearing. We use USPS, UPS and FedEx depending on the size of the order and where it is going. 

We have several warehouses all over the US. Depending on where your item is being shipped to, that is the warehouse we will use for shipment. All items are shipped from the United States. We have no items that are being shipped from outside of the US.

If you would like to have your item shipped to a different address than your own for a gift, just add your recipient's address in the shipping area and your address in the billing area. Feel free to contact us and let us know also. 

If your item was damaged during shipping, please contact us right away. Take photos of the damaged box and item. We will give you further instructions when you contact us to start the replacement procedure. If your item was not fully damaged, only the package, please still contact us as we need to let our shipping department know. 

If you need your item to be shipped faster than normal, please contact us and we will work with you. You may be charged a fee for the increase in shipping speed. 

Personalized items cannot be shipped any faster than they already are due to the time it takes for the personalization.

Lingerie items are shipped discreetly.
