We offer no hassle returns and exchanges on all items except the personalized items. All sales are final in regards to those items. Personalized items which have dates or names cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturer error on the personalization which must be our mistake. We will replace these items at no cost. Please read the following policies carefully. We have several manufacturers and warehouses that ship our amazing items. Each manufacturer has different requirements for returns/exchanges. If you are not sure which manufacturer your items falls under, please contact us and we will be more than happy to help!
Elegant Moments Lingerie:
Please inspect your order carefully. If you have any damages or a quantity discrepancy please let us know within 3 business days. You must contact us for Return Authorization before any return or exchange will be honored.
If you ordered clothing/intimate apparel/lingerie and are unhappy with the size/design, you can exchange it for another size provided the item has not been washed, worn, and is in re-sellable condition. You are responsible for ALL shipping costs, which will include re-shipping the new item(s) to you. This will be outlined in your Return Authorization email from us as we still give you payment and shipping options.
Due to the nature of our business, any returns for a full credit (less shipping and handling) will also be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
If you received the wrong item or the item was defective/damaged you will incur no additional shipping charges.
For US Customers – Once we receive your return, we will re-ship your new item and you will be emailed your new tracking number.
For International Customers – You will have to send us the package back via standard international mail only, along with a receipt of what you paid for shipping and we will refund your money upon receiving your return. We will re-ship your new item and you will be emailed your new tracking number.
Sale/Clearance merchandise is not returnable.

Again, all returns or exchanges MUST have a Return Authorization or they will not be honored.
We have 2 separate manufacturers and warehouses for our jewelry line. Please read carefully regarding the return policies for these suppliers. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us!
Warehouse Number 1:
Please contact us first before any refund or exchange. We have a refund purchase form that needs to be filled out in order to complete your request.
If within 7 days after receipt of your purchase you're not completely satisfied, return it for a full refund of the purchase price or replace it - no questions asked. However all products should be returned in the original state they were received. Products which have been modified by another 3rd party jeweler or abused will not be accepted for exchange or refunds.
Please complete the return purchase form which was attached with your original packing slip and enclose it with your return (in the original packaging if possible), or if you do not have the returns form with you, you may request one from us and complete the returns form and mail it out with your return.
Pack items to be returned and include your shipping document (or return purchase form).
Make arrangements with USPS to have your package picked up (either drop it off at a USPS location or arrange with them to have it picked up).
Once we receive your return it will be processed by our returns department. For any refunds, your money will be refunded or your credit card account will be credited for any payments you have made toward your purchase.
The first credit will be made within ten business days of receipt and verification of the merchandise. Refunds on purchases made with a credit card will only be credited to the same card. Delivery charges are not refunded. Please allow one monthly billing cycle in order for your credit to appear. Customers returning a partial order will be refunded for the returned items only. Refunds will be applied to any unpaid balances first.
Warehouse Number 2:
We guarantee the quality of all our jewelry. If any item in your order is defective we will gladly replace it or refund your purchase price within 10 calendar days of your order. We will not accept merchandise that has been worn.
How to return your items:
A Return Authorization Number is required for all returns. Please email us at email@example.com to initiate a return authorization.
Indicate the style number, defect and invoice number in your request.
Return any defective items back to us in its original condition and packaging with original tags along with a copy of your original invoice, note the RA # on the outside of parcel.
Please choose return packaging that will protect the merchandise so as not to incur any further damage.
Suzabella is not responsible for returns that are damaged or lost in transit. RA numbers must be used within 10 days of issue date, we will not reissue RA numbers.
Please allow up to 7 business days for your return to be processed. The 7 days starts from the date we collect your parcel.
Returns must be made within 10 calendar days of the order date on your invoice.
Any missing merchandise claims must be made within 7 days of the invoice date.
Tarnish is not a defect.
For any return that does not follow these guidelines, Suzabella reserves the right to charge a return service fee or 15%+ restocking fee.
Special order merchandise is not returnable. Items that have been altered cannot be returned for credit or exchange.
Unauthorized returns or merchandise that is outside the reason for return may be returned to the customer at customer's expense.
Home and Garden Decor:
To be eligible for a return, your items must be in their original condition and in its original package and must have been purchased from our website. The return must be initiated within 15 days of receipt and will receive a 20% restocking fee.
To start your return please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and include your Order Number and the reason for the return. Please title your email "Return Authorization Needed."
If your return is not in original condition, we do reserve the right to refuse the return.
We will not refund shipping costs (if applicable) on returns.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If your return is approved, a credit will be applied to your original form of payment. Please allow 3-5 days for the refund to be reflected in your account.
To be eligible for a replacement, you must send an email with photos of the damage. The replacement must be initiated within 15 days of receipt. To start your replacement please email us at email@example.com and include your Order Number and images of the damage. Please title your email "Replacement Needed."
Once we receive your request for replacement, we will send you an email to notify you to let you know the request is received. If the request is approved, we will supply you with the order number in our system for reference.
If we are out of inventory on an item that is eligible for replacement we will refund your order in full.
Stationery (non personalized)
These items will be handled on a case by case basis. Most of the cards, invitations and other stationery items we provide are personalized. If you have ordered a non-personlized stationery item and do have an issue with your order, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will help you.
